The reception can speak good English and the rest of the staff are very helpful. If you're staying for business, the hotel is located in the business area. But it's not that far from Old City-only 15 minutes by bus no.65. The bus stops are nearby and there's a 24 hours minimarket 5 minutes from the hotel.
The room is clean and comfortable with check in time at 3pm. If you arrive before that, you'd be asked to wait. Check out time at 12pm. You could pay when you check out but you have to put your credit card statement to secure your booking.
