Hotel Pantai di Bal Harbour

"What an absolute joy staying here!! Everyone was exceedingly polite and very helpful. The room was excellent!! Even though we were on the 2nd floor, the vibe on the balcony was chill & the view was great! It's right on the ocean, and you can grab sun at the pool or on the beach and cool off in the ocean or in the pool. ANDDD... The style of the hotel was awesome and it felt like stepping back in time!! Very happy with our choice to book here!! Highly recommend!!!"

"The property is great, rooms a big. We have stayed multiple times. The only thing I wish is that the listing indicate the room number, so that we can try to book the room we like best. Some rooms have freezers some do not, some balconies. Some beds better than others. The one thing we wish they had was an ice machine. We go to the beach and need ice every day. We will be back!"

"Probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. When we arrived we were told that they only had a king room instead of the two queens I reserved. Inconvenient, but not a big deal. Then I was told that the water was going to be shut off the following morning at 10 am. It was then that learned that the whole property is undergoing a major renovation. This was a big problem. "This was my second stay at this hotel. The first time I was there, the bathroom wasn't clean. I didn't complain. My second, stay this past weekend, the bathroom again in a different room on a different floor was not clean. This time I complained and nothing was done. I had to clean the bathroom myself.
