"The first room we had was full of mold ,the other one barely had hot water. The hotel got so full was hard to get breakfast, the laundry system is horrible how can you take towels so early and not replace them same time. About the towels omg they need changing to small and thin some the ends were frayed. The elevators wait was crazy till one of them the door wasn’t closing. The breakfast choices were too limited felt like the same thing every other day!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this...

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the ORHO Boutique.
It was like being at home, away from home. Clean, cool, neat and the staff was delightful.
If I am in Panama City ever again this will be my go to place to stay.

"The motorcycles at night were INCREDIBLY loud! We couldn't talk on the balcony, couldn't hear the TV, and didn't get to sleep for 3 hours. We will probably be looking for a different place to stay when in Panama City from now on (or until we're notified that the issue has been resolved)."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They offer really nice service and helpful! It all started from the airport transfer , they sent an amazing driver for us . I had a fantastic experience with Miguel ! He arrived exactly on time, navigated the traffic smoothly, and made me feel completely safe the entire ride. The car was immaculately clean, and he was very polite. So he became our tour guide.. This guy is incredible, he took us everywhere also he very knowledgeable and knows all the best...

"The location was very neat UNTIl we tried to fall asleep. There was a considerable amount of noise from the road and nearby parking lot. Loud trucks drove to the cruise ship area at all hours. We had a smoke alarm that decided to chirp in the middle of the night. Maintenance was not available so I was able to get a battery from the front desk and changed it myself. "This property is nice and maintained, but they had no hand towels or wash rags available. I spent 3 of 5 days without wash rags. I had to use a hand towel. The towels were gray and dingy they did not have enough for the hotel . They didn’t have any extra in the linen closet how very disappointing. It is very warm and humid in Panama. The least someone would expect would be able to do is bath once probably twice a day but with no rags from a four star hotel. Well that’s unacceptable!"
