"The place was well-maintained and some nice staff memebers.. While I understand the need for additional charges, the accumulation of various fees, including occupancy and multiple parking fees, was unexpected. My stay was brief, lasting only a few hours due to an early flight departure. I had previously been informed by a staff member at the front desk that if I were to depart within a few hours, my parking could be validated upon my return to the counter. However, upon my departure, a different staff member at the front desk disputed my account, asserting that no employee would offer complimentary parking as it is not a free service. Despite her reluctance and continued disbelief in my statement, she ultimately validated my parking ticket. Our company frequently conducts business in this region, and as a result of this experience, we will no longer be utilizing this establishment. I am unwilling to patronize a location where guests are accused of dishonesty."
