"The person helping with the checking was great, very nice. There was no beach view from our room and we were placed right next to stairs so it was loud with people coming and going. There is no self parking for the property but there is for the beach and that was not too difficult to try and find a spot. "

"We have stayed at several Great Wolf locations including this one in Anaheim. I have to say that we were a bit disappointed this trip. Check in took well over an hour after a 10 hour travel day. We stayed 9 nights and not once was our room cleaned even though we made requests. We just started putting our full garbage bags in the hallway to be picked up and then they would put new bags in our room (along with rolls of toilet paper) by the sink for us to change on our own.
