"Hope all the stay was great things were not as clean as they should have been. The ice machine on our floor did not work nor did the one below us and had to travel either to the desk or to the third floor to get ice. Overall, things were very nice. Just need to be a little updated in better kept but the day was fine."

"I’ve been coming to the Hyatt Regency Orange County with my kids for over 20 years and have always appreciated the professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent service. We recently had an issue with the shuttle, and even though it’s an outside service, the hotel quickly stepped in and resolved it. After 20 years, we continue to expect the very best because that’s the standard they consistently deliver."

"I've stayed at this property several times over the years and the upgrade to the elevators was necessary. It's much easier to enter your floor and go to the elevator that will get you there, it does need an increased delay so the elevator doors don't close to early. The best experience I've had was with staff. From the concierge staff to the front desk staff, everyone was friendly and helpful beyond my expectations. Great experience even though there was a lot of construction going on towards the meeting rooms."

"It was the perfect place to stay with my one year old and newborn! i love the heated pools and the baby pool, my daughter had so much fun in it! Breakfast was good, could have more options but it was okay! the staff was so nice and helpful! i love the location of it, so many food options right across the parking lot."
