"Everything was good accept the room was not ready on time and when you have three kids, it creates problems. The front desk guy put our family in a handicap room with no bathtub. I reserved a regular room. The front desk guy argued with me because he said the handicap room did have a bathtub when in reality it didn't. A lack of accountability and a lack of knowledge of the hotel room layouts should be addressed my management."

"This is an okay place. If you're planning to go to Disneyland it's close enough for you to walk. The best part is parking is included. There's food around it that you don't need to drive around."
