"My stay was great. The young man who checked me in was great! There was a lot going on at check in. Seemed like there was a family gathering and kids were all over the place while I waited to be checked in. Over stimulated with all the stuff going on at that moment. Room was great but the fridge wasn’t working. Thought it was but, no.

"We've been coming to Southport to visit family for 20 years and the Carriage House has always intrigued us but we've never stayed until now. It was absolutely wonderful. Amy was very friendly and knowledgeable and the facilities were amazing. I travel a lot and spend 30-45 days a year in hotels and this was one of my best experiences. I just wished we had more time to just stay at the Carriage House and enjoy it more, but we spent most of our time visiting family."
