"The best breakfast and rooms around the area"

"Hotel is not kept up as well as a normal Hilton hotel. Ceilings were damaged in our rooms and the hallways, the carpet in the hallways was bunched up and tearing up."

"I had bugs in my room. Pretty scary and terrified night. Had a hard night sleeping as manager said that rooms were full and he couldn’t accommodate us. Next day property manager apologised and said they will give a call and find a solution but yet TANYA has not given a call and no action has been taken."

There was hair in my bath towel… and I woke up in the middle of the night to a roach in the bathroom… I had to go to the desk to request clean towels but had to bring down the old ones to get new ones. "The staff members were nice, however after sleeping on flat pillows and hard bedding, we woke up to a huge roach in the floor. Had another small one come out from hiding while in the shower. We went to get to advertised breakfast and they had no hot food at all. Everything was kept behind the counter. The orange juice and yogurt was hot and the banana was bruised. Definitely not the 8 out 10 hotel that was advertised. I would not recommend staying here."

"Hotel was excellent. However they put us in the wrong room. My last name was the same name as another guests first name and they put me in that room. AND they charged my account a large sum for a room that I had already paid in full for. Finally got that straightened out and the charge recalled and thought everything was ok. UNTIL the day after I checked out my wife checked our account and found that we had been charged for another room. Had to call again. After several conversations this...

"The king suite was nice and large. The room was quiet as well. Room did need to be vacuumed near bed as some residual somethings of notable size were stepped upon. Other than that, a good stay. Breakfast was decent. Parking is plentiful. Staff were pleasant to work with."

"The room was very clean, parking easy, staff very friendly. The AC in the room is very loud which isn’t great for light sleepers. The breakfast was limited but sufficient. I’ve stayed a few times and am happy with the quality and the price."
