"Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. "Nice view of the beach. It was a LONG walk to our room from the elevators. We definitely got our steps in, since we were on the complete opposite end of the bldg. Studio Apt was nice but exactly that. If you need space amongst your party this isn't the rental for you. It was very clean and fully stocked of any appliance you might need.
