"Great sized and clean room"

"The room felt super clean, safe and welcoming. The whole hotel had a great vibe. The pool area was better than expected, although nowhere near enough sun lounges. There is adequate space to add more and remove some of the standard chairs. I feel that this should be strongly considered by Management given how popular the pool area is."

"Air Con too high- room was cold Front desk needs more staff @ 2pm check in time- process was very slow including pick up of bag from luggage room Also, reception staff had no knowledge (&no interest) in providing local amenities knowledge. And the “$100@ security fee is offensive! "

"Friendly staff and well equipped rooms. The bed was comfy and bedding clean. The only issue was that the shower was not great. Weak and difficult to control the temperature, and the grouting was pretty grubby."
