"Outstanding! Ubud Nyuh Bali Resort & Spa was our favorite hotel in Bali. The staff went above and beyond, and we highly recommend it. I’d love to return to Bali, stay at this hotel, and not go anywhere else. The restaurant was fantastic, and the amenities were excellent. Morning yoga was the perfect way to start the day. We loved the villa and pool, and the floating breakfast was a highlight of our entire trip!"

"Absolutely beautiful property right on the beach! And so much to do! While we were out rafting, my mom was able to stay back and enjoy the gym, tea tastings, and just walking around the property. Remember that the bathrooms are outside so no air conditioning (AC) but that wasn't a problem for us. Breakfast was included in our stay and we enjoyed it every morning alongside of coffee, juices, fruits and breads. Enjoyed the Seafood dinner and thought it was a pretty good deal! Staff was so friendly!! Location is a bit far from everything but that was ok. There wasn't anything walking distance but we knew that going in and was fine with the long drives. Just meant more time to soak up the culture and listen to our driver =] They even made me a cake for my birthday =] Will be back!"

"Everything was near perfect. Except the toilet had a very bad odour. The hotel tried their best to appease my wife and me. On the last night offered to upgrade is to a suite - unfortunately it was too late. They should have dinner so at the time of our check-in when I requested an upgrade as part of our VIP package entitlement! According to them "the hotel is full". I wonder how the suite was available? But I must add that the staff were very good, extremely polite and helpful."

"I recently stayed at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali, and it was a fantastic experience—especially for a first trip to Bali. Since it was my first time visiting, I chose Westin for the comfort and reliability, and it definitely delivered. The property is beautiful, and the location in Ubud is peaceful and scenic. The infinity pool is stunning, and one of my favorite parts of the stay was the food—especially the healthy options and their ginger shots, which I absolutely loved. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. I had to request a room change on the first day, and they handled it immediately and smoothly, which I really appreciated. One small note—the hotel is listed as walking distance to some places on Expedia, but in reality, you’ll likely need transportation. That said, everything is still relatively close and easy to reach. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and wellness-focused place in Ubud, I would highly recommend The Westin. "

"Shuttle ready at airport when we cleared customs. The hotel is a tropical oasis nestled on a hillside next to a river. Clean and comfortable. Excellent staff anxious to help. From here you would not know there is a city nearby. "

"The room very clean and beautiful, but they had construction and I was not advise of it they did not mention it on their site..they should have it just changed completely the vibe..their pool is also very small so it looks bigger on the images than it is...their breakfast is ok..I had better than that...I would rate it 3.5 stars.."

"Ocean was visable but the rice fields were much more interesting, the bats at night and swiftlets in the day were lovely to watch. The staff were amazing, and the food even better. The property could do with a bit of a refresh in a few places, but we're in a tropical climate so kind of understandable. Would highly recommend this hotel, its very professional and looks after you, and confidently clean. Love it"
