"Aside from the toilet slow flush, as it needs maintenance and/or adjustments, our stay was great. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and room was clean. I would consider staying again at Belmont Hotel for its proximity to the airport."

Staffs were very accommodating especially the front desk lady and Manong guard who helped me with my documentation issues that was extremely important for me to accomplish that day and they helped me, a stranger without hesitation. "Breakfast buffet was good, had different options per day, lots of bread, cereals, fruits, coffee, several viands and an omelette station plus a juice section as well. Staff in Kuna (restaurant) were friendly and accommodating. I had a foot spa at the second floor which was relaxing. I wasnt able to try their pool area but i saw it had a nice view. "Staff were great I arrived early and that was no problem, room was clean and had everything for a short stay. Handy to food stores nearby and seemed safe to walk around. Only negative was I booked the shuttle for 02.30am it turned up at 02.15am and wouldn't wait, it came back about 45 minutes later."

"All the staff were courteous and helpful, and room was clean. However, the hotel room ironing board was not well maintained. There were stains on the board, and cushion on the board was super thin likely due to overuse. For a 5-star luxury hotel, I’d expect better maintenance even for an ironing board. Also, upon check-in, I found that the body lotion was not refilled when the body lotion bottle was empty. It was refilled only upon request. Nonetheless, overall was still a pleasant stay despite...

Forgot his name but it was night when we went. Convenient walk to Newport world mall and a lot of dining options. Just the restroom blind needs some updating"
