Balikpapan is a huge city and the staff at the hotel were so helpful in helping me organise my way to seeing things. They really do go out of their way! The hotel is on a busy street with places to eat but it also serves lovely food in the restaurant. The room was very spacious with lots of English speaking satellite channels.facilities such as a hairdryer are available on request. For my £17, breakfast was included, which is buffet style with lots of choice. Free water and hot drinks in the...

The breakfast is fantastic best in Balikpapan for westener or asian. Dont have any negative comments.

The Hotel was what I was expecting from the pichures it was clean and tidy and the buffet had plenty of choices for a good simple breakfast to start the day the service of the staff was very good can speak English to a extent and are friendly and fast aswell always willing to help with a smile I would recommend them

The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. If I ever travel back here would definitely stay again 😊

So enjoyable stay.nice food, friendly and polite staffs, great facility.enjoyed the swimming pool and gym.perfect place for seminar or conference.the price is reasonable.

Ibis are a standard wherever I've been so you know what you're getting!

Good hotel good view best prices👌 Enjoyed staying here😍 Thankyou aston balikpapan

The interior decor is impressive overall a good choice, excellent location , great staff too!

The hotel is in a good and clean condition. I can recommend it to people who are not reliant on the internet. If you just stay for a night and don't mind having bad or no internet then this place is for you. if you need internet then better look for a different place. breakfast good and coffee also good!
