"The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the hotel. Some staff were very helpful, some were rude and dismissive. The morning manager who offered me a late checkout and the bell boy/man were very nice."

"Nice, basically airport hotel. Convenient location and reasonably clean with a surprisingly good breakfast included. The underground parking was a little scary (very dark and cave-like) but only $20 Euro per day. All in all a very agreeable stay before our flight home."

"Fantastic 5 star hotel! Great staff and super clean and large room. Awesome location right on Vitosha Blvd. Parking was easy but a tad expensive ($30 Euro per night). One thing to note - not all rooms have access to the pool, which is a wonderful perk. We had to pay an extra $80 Euro to use pool complex : ( The top floor bar is spectacular - definitely go! All in all a great hotel!"

"It was nice, but we did have trouble with the hot water. The location was good for getting to the train station and the historical sites. Overall, it was very good."
