"Easy self check-in was perfect as we arrived late at night. Room was small but clean, modern and very comfortable. Same for the bathroom. Staff was very helpful. We shared the coffee machine was broken at around 7am and by 9am we had a replacement (not good coffee from a not so good coffee machine, but that’s a different issue)."

"This is our second time staying at Royal Copenhagen Inn. It's an economical, convenient place to stay with excellent customer service and quiet at night. The only downside is that the sound insulation isn't the best, we can hear the downstairs people talking."

"The place is well kept! However it is loud at night the room walls are paper thin! The side by side doors are a little too close to each other. When the neighbors go in and out of their room it feels like they are about to come into your room."

"We stayed for 5 nights and we had a great time. EVERY single staff member that we talked to at the hotel was friendly and helpful. One of the front desk ladies was our absolute favorite, she worked the afternoon shift and she helped us so much with suggestions and always had great quick conversations when we would go in for a beverage. Hotel room was clean and spacious. We were very happy with the cleanliness and loved that the water was filtered. Pool and hot tub were always clean as well....

"Clean room with street parking available right outside our unit. We had a hiccup with getting into our unit since we arrived at the property after 7:00 PM. The staff at New Haven sent check-in directions through the Expedia website but it did not show up on our end. We got a call back immediately from a staff member and got into our unit. Overall, a very sweet and convenient place to stay in Solvang."
