Hotel dekat Ballavpur Wildlife Sanctuary

"Best resort to ever stay at."

"I liked my room which has a separate room. But the breakfast was not in good quality and the staff and I had communication issues (they didn’t understand my English well and I don’t speak Bengali .) So I didn’t enjoy my stay fully."

"EXCELLENT PROPERTY.STAFF VERY GOOD.ANANYA,THE CHIEF CORDINATOR SUPER. HUMAN BEING,TAKES PERSONAL CARE"

"My family had a good experience staying at this hotel. The location, staffs and foods are good. Price looked to be bit expensive to me. But overall it was nice. Definitely recommend to others."

"If I could give this 0 stars I would. The room was dirty, the sheets and towels were dirty. The bathroom was dated and dirty. The fridge was rusty. The windows didn’t shut properly so the mosquitos got in and we were woken in the night by what sounded like someone retching outside. We stayed one night because we had to and left early the next morning."

"We stayed at the bungalow for 8 days. The design and amenities were brilliant. The property is very well maintained. The dining staff and menu were great. There is a game room we enjoyed. The view outside the balconies and terrace of rural bengal is great. This is located close to some great dining options within 5-10 minutes. Overall much better than crowded resorts in Shantiniketan."

I refused, as I was not willing to prepay two months in advance. On the scheduled date, I arrived at the hotel with two senior citizens. Despite my confirmed booking, the staff denied us rooms, stating, "Rooms are available, but you must pay a surge fee because you didn't prepay." I refused to pay the...
