"The Brown Trout Golf and Country Inn was perfect. Very friendly staff. Had two meals here. Had lovely food and plenty of it. The breakfasts were also good. Had English and then had a lighter breakfast the next day, yoghurt and fruit with toast to follow. The room was also lovely, our own little cottage style room. Plenty of space and comfortable and clean. The lounge area was cosy as well with a log fire. I could have stayed here a week."

"This was a clean, lovely stay with friendly hosts and beautiful views from the property. We really appreciated the effort and attentiveness from Olive, our hostess. I do think the breakfast could be improved, as the Irish breakfast was a bit disappointing without beans or puddings and the pastries were quite dry, and the bedding was too warm for the season and there were no alternative blankets in the room. "The breakfast was continental, tea, toast, coffee, orange juice, fruit, cereal, pastries, yoghurt and delicious overnight oats. We do like a cooked breakfast though so this is a mark down for us. "Gail was amazing at taking care of my husband and I; she was SO kind and sweet! The breakfast was excellent, very complete; and the parking was just in front of the place. The B&B even had a small fridge with bottled water, some beers and sodas to buy at a reasonable price. The room, and everything, was very clean and presentable. Only thing we would add is a box of tissues in the room."

"Josie and Jerad are amazing host. They took care of the 5 of us by offering suggestions for dinner. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. We had 2 rooms: a triple And double. These rooms were clean and smartly decorated. Though the B&B is not in the middle of a town it gives you a true Irish experience. Sheep everywhere and Jerad still does the daily animal chores :) this also was our 2nd stay and looking forward To our 3rs "
