"Hotel room was big/spacious, the bed was super comfortable. The hotel overall could use some updating. Only one elevator was working, and seemed to be on its last life. Breakfast was ok. Desk staff was fantastic, very nice and helpful. A lot of parking available. The location is ok if you have a car, was going to a concert at SPAC, ubering there was tough & expensive from here. Not the hotels fault, more so I didn't know how far it was."

"Elegant classic style hotel. Attentive staff. Small annoyances, bulb was out in my tea daunt lamp. No bathroom ammeneties beyond the basics. I’m used to tooth brush kit, shaving kit etc at this price. I sent my boots down to be shined in the evening. They promised them back by 11:00 AM. Didn’t happen. I finally called to enquire and it hadn’t been handled. If I was informed I would have handled it in my own. May or may not return next year may try Batcheller Mansion"
