"Noel and Cathy are absolutely wonderful!!! Such warm and welcoming people. The view is gorgeous and it's so quiet. It was such a wonderful and welcomed change from the hotels we stayed in. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Probably the best breakfast we ate all week. They have a world map with pins that indicate where people come from that have stayed. "Although the hotel looked nice, the room was ridiculous. We got a family room which was supposed to have 3 beds. There was absolutely no room to walk around or put our stuff down. The air conditioning, TV and phone were all broken so it was a long hot night. There wasn’t even an iron in the room. You had to go to a room down the hall. The location was great but I wouldn’t go back."

"Some staff were really helpful and solved problems well. Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently). Older desk staff made much more of an effort and found coat easily. Younger staff lacked a willingness to work."
