"Always enjoy our stays at Saint Helens. It’s a hotel that really doesn’t feel like a brand - it feels like a local Irish “Big House” hotel in all the best ways. Lots of locals visiting for weddings and other family events. The staff are friendly and do their best to be helpful and address any questions and / or concerns that might arise along the way. We love the garden, the outdoor terrace and distant views of the sea (if you have a balcony room) all of which are special this close to Dublin City. It’s easy to park and you’re near some lovely seaside villages (Monkstown, Dunleary and Dalkey to name just a few). You can quickly jump on the city ring road M50 if you want to visit some beautiful counties like Wicklow and Kildare nearby and/or get to the airport. They do a great Irish breakfast and it’s lovely to sit outside on the terrace enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. We always enjoy our time there. Thank you."

"If all you want is a bed and a shower and tea and coffee and potato chips and chocolate that’s all you’re gonna get until the morning when the breakfast comes out. Also, the parking is down two or three blocks away and you still have to pay for it. also, good luck finding a parking space to check into the hotel."

"I stayed here with my mom and my son. We loved every minute of it. It felt like a home away from home with the staff being so helpful. It seemed whenever we needed anything they were right there. They also all really seemed to like their job. We enjoyed and there being lots of space to hang out, laundry and outdoor space. Being topped up with coffee and milk whenever needed was a true bonus also. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again."
