Staff were welcoming and professional Hotel generally clean, although looking tired/in need of refurbishment in some areas - eg, bathroom and litter near reception entrance Excellent WiFi connectivity, plenty of hot water and quiet/traffic free room

Bit of a trek from car park to the rooms, even using the lift need to carry luggage or groceries up stairs. Room doors are very heavy and 7 year old couldn't open them himself. Otherwise accommodation was comfortable and clean, with spectacular views.

A fantastic place to stay. My elderly parents required an ensuite and this fitted the bill perfectly. Fresh flowers greeted us on the fining table. Great selection of leaflets showing you things to do in the west coast of Ireland. Would highly reccomend a visit to Parkes Castle followed by a boat ...

Local dining very limited & dissapointing. The hotel recommended did not even have the courtesy to take our order... we left without eating. We travelled through to Boyle - excellent experience. Clarks bar service and food were fantastic.
