"Room was great. Food was good, but placing orders was slow. Food arrived promptly though. My biggest problem is your phone system . I tried probably 10- 15 times to call and each time I waited for the 15-20 rings before it cut me off as none was available . The message "Please call back" or similar message came after the timeout period. You must be loosing lots of business by not answering the phone. The only extension that picked up was the golf."

"The hotel was good value for what we paid. There was live music in the bar that evening which finished before we retired to bed thankfully as we seemed to be directly above it! Aware of noise above us from 7am and later informed it was probably a bus party leaving early. Breakfast good - not included, so £15 each, but not outstanding in light of other hotels we experienced on our trip where it was included. Sea view was lovely."
