Chalet di Skotlandia

"So much potential for this place as the location is beautiful! Dockside location and a very quiet site. Unfortunately, there were many negatives during our stay: - door did not lock, no response to my phone calls, emails or messages so we slept with a bench against the door all night. I found a staff member in the morning who tried fixing the lock but said the wood was rotten - stains on carpets - large tear on couch - shower door couldn’t close so leaked ok floor - cracks in sink and an...

"As advertised, friendly owners."

"Get place to relax. Close by to cornhill castle and we used new farmhouse as a base for the family, "

The immersion shower appeared to be wired incorrectly - in order to obtain the desired temperature, the pressure went down to a trickle. And with no WiFi provided, communication was tedious at best when it came to conveying our concerns. The excuses...

"The property was very clean and stocked with everything we could need for our stay."

"Very dated property Cooking facilities very basic"
