"This hotel is outdated. The rooms are hard to keep clean bc of normal wear and tear. The sheets don’t even fit the king beds. So each morning I woke with part of the bed exposed. Location is what attracts folks to this property but it is challenging to say the least. We experienced down elevators, broken gates in the parking garage and bubbling toilets and every time we turned on the faucets there was a grumbling loud noise. "The breakfast was delicious,fresh and many choices.The parking was great,the front desk staff was amazing,I felt welcomed and special,all needs attended to.Would staff there next time I come in town.The transportation staff were wonderful and accommodating.My room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable and safe,very important for a solo woman traveler."
