"La chambre n'était pas conforme aux photos. La moquette était abîmée avec un paillasson près du chevet pour cacher le trou dans cette dernière. La chambre sentait très mauvais (l'humidité et le renfermé), problème visiblement connu car tenté d'être atténué avec un spray de toilette se déclenchant toutes les heures. Le buffet n'était pas "fameux" mais la vue sur la forêt enneigée était très sympathique. Pour terminer, le sauna était hors service. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel."

"Room was clean, but the AC did not work well and it was a bit warm. It may be due to the fact of the way the window spaced and just had a lot of heat coming in and hard to keep the place acclimated properly. We had two twin beds, which is common made into one large King for my husband, and I but because the beds were not on coasters, the beds continue to separate Other than that, the place was nice. "On a aimé l'emplacement, la vue sur la rue depuis la chambre Romantique, le calme et le décor. On a apprécié le fait qu'il y avait un mini frigo, ce qui n'était pas mentionné dans le descriptif et on a apprécié le petit déjeuner dans la boulangerie située au rez-de-chaussée. Un grand merci à la jeune femme qui nous servi nos cafés et nous a présenté le buffet. Il n'y avait pas de gel douche ; comme on en a toujours dans nos bagages ça n'a pas été un réel problème, mais ce serait un Plus."

"Chambre propre,lit refait pendant notre séjour et serviettes changées. Petit déjeuner à volonté, produits frais. Par contre, attente de 20 minutes pour pouvoir déjeuner, salle beaucoup trop petite, file d'attente dans le couloir! Quand enfin nous avons pû nous assoire pour petit déjeuner, il a fallut nous dépècher car les autres clients nous regardaient, impatients,c'était désagréable!! Mauvais souvenir!!"

"We were really positively surprised with the hotel. We booked it randomly shortly before our stay and the price was quite reasonable for us (family of 5). We didn't expect much since we simply needed a base near Colmar. Quite family friendly, perfectly located (15 min by bike to Colmar), but nicely isolated from the tourist crowds. Perfect place to stay with family and to explore surroundings."
