"Nothing short of amazing. The hotel staff is top notch and treated me like a king at every encounter. The Bistro has great food, the fitness centre was well stocked, and the pool was great. A stark difference from a large chain hotel. Pass on Sheraton, Hilton or others and stay here. "

Inspite of informing him about ISD call , the hotels.com executive kept on hold for 15 mins till my phone balance was over and then no response from hotels.com. is is professional to keep your customer hanging at a different country and shrug yoirslef of responsibilities.
