Jesus, Overseeing the whole operation is kind of a magician resolving everything with kindness a smile and professionalism. Olga in House keeping makes sure your room is perfect and smell like a garden of flowers every day and Yanaira is an incredible young lady that together with Fabian and Faiber, will be there for you at the restaurant (amazing place) to make your experience upgraded to a 5 stars. Of course there is more staff at the hotel and all of them are amazing. if you are ever in Cucuta, Colombia, this hotel is definitely the right place to enjoy your stay. "Great staff, clean rooms, centrally located on a safe well lit street, close to markets, great food at breakfast and in the restaurant the rest of the day. Only down side, no elevator, the lobby is not air conditioned, beds are hard, and hot water is not always available. "
