"Room not clean have insect on bed .. change room still aircon so hot only fan .. cant stay a night"

"Best hospitality ever! The property is absolutely devine, it sits over the river has the most beautiful and peaceful views. The hotel has a mid-century modern style and the staff is excellent, they can answer most questions about the city, their culture and history. We highly recommend staying there. I personally would like to thank Jimmy for his hospitality and our lovely stay."
