"The rooms are quite clean. friendly staffs. They've helped me and gave me useful information. There are a big supermarket, restaurants and coffee café are near the hotel. It's a bit far from the the attractions but it's suitable for the guests who want to stay the quiet place. But it's not a big problem because I used the Dart (the application like Grab or Uber) to go anywhere. It's very convenient. "

"I was happy with my stay here - clean bathroom, spacious bedroom, friendly staff. The hotel is within walking distance to the Royal Regalia Museum, the Saifuddien mosque & the Yayasan shopping mall. The hotel arranged for a private tour for me for a reasonable price which included the city tour & tour of Kampong Ayer & the mangove forest. There is also a complimentary shuttle to the Gadong Night Market. I would stay here again."

"Very well situated and convenient hotel. Offers airport transfer (complimentary). Breakfast is filling but quite basic. Aircon couldn't get the temperature in the room below 25 C, but was not as noisy as I was expecting after some other reviews. "

"部屋は広く、必要最低限のものは揃っていました。建物自体は老朽化していますが、清掃は綺麗にされており不満はありません。ホテルの裏がショッピングモールになっており直接行くことができます。ファストフードや日本食レストランがあり、周辺にも飲食店が多くあります。"

"古いスタイルの豪華なホテル。プールもいつでも入れて、ショッピングモール直結。朝食もメインは日替わりで入れ替わる。チェックアウト前日は、部屋清掃をスキップされたがタオルは新しいのをくれました。部屋と同じフロアは、毎日イベント（結婚式）を、やっていましたが騒がしくはありません。スタッフの方は皆親切でした。また泊まりたい。"

"Hotel yang bersih dengan lingkungan yang tenang dan tertata baik. Pelayanan efisien dan cepat, termasuk pengurusan jemput-antar ke bandara. Sangat dekat dengan kompleks stadion olahraga nasional. cocok sebagai tempat menginap saat mengikuti atau membawa anak mengikuti event olahraga"

"仕事のために２泊しました。部屋は清潔で、水回りも問題ありませんでした。何といっても、朝食の種類、特に、デザートの多さには驚きました。徒歩で歩ける範囲にガドンマーケットがあります。ただし、歩いている人はみかけませんでした。ホテルの周囲には、スーパーをはじめ、多くの店があるので便利でした。観光には不便な場所かもしれませんが、ビジネス目的の滞在場所としてとても良いと思いました。"
