Perfect getaway for golfing or cycling
Plus: 1. The place is almost out of town (~7km from Jalan Merdeka) so not so crowded and offer fresh and cool air. 2. Place is practically next to golf course 3. For those like cycling, it close to Tebing Karaton (7km distance and 500m gradient) 4. Room is clean and quite spacious 32m2 deluxe type. Minus: 1. The only amenities that I aware of are only swimming pool and gym. I don’t see any garden or park. 2. The door is quite thin, you can hear people walk by. Thank you for pleasant stay 🙏.

Amazing view, one of the best in Bandung. Warm pool helps to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Nice View, but terrible room
Nice view but room was terrible, poor cleanliness, floor drainage was smelly, the sink drain not working, we have to call enginerring to fix. Shower water flow around the bathtub flooded to the floor. The room very2 noisy from the street and people chattered in corridor. Breakfast was average . Overall it didnt worth the price to stay, regretfully

fresh air in uphill Bandung
the overall stay was good.you get to be near the nature especially the forest. Air is very fresh in the pool area. Their isn't much to explore in the Dago area except the Dego theme park. Probably is raining season so limited activities.

Good location with easy access to various tourist attractions. Easy to get GoJek or Grab taxi so no need to book transport for whole day. Avg Rp28000 (SGD2.80) to places like the Susu Farmhouse, Dream park, Flower Garden. If you have 4 pax you should book the family suite - worth it for the price cos there are 2 rooms, sitting room and kitchen. All our us love the family suite

Romantic and comfortable stay
Great service, and wonderful stay! I'd give at least 4.5 stars all around, and for sure 5 for service. Helpful staff! Background story: it's our 42nd Anniversary. Had lovely cake and towel statues waiting for us. (We ended up moving from that room for a better view - in the end we decided that the originally chosen room was actually more romantic - thank you for choosing it!) The slight downticks? The light in the front hanging closet would not go out as there was a misalignment of the door - was not a deal-killer, still could sleep. And the curtain between the bathroom and bedroom was somewhat discolored. Very small differences between a full-on 5 star establishment, and just below. This was very very close to 5 stars, but not perfect - a bit of room for improvement. Breakfast was great, excellent care, and though we ended up not using the pool, the water seemed clean and warm. We would recommend this hotel for sure! Big bonus is that from what I can tell, each room has a bathtub - that's becoming a rare commodity, and was one of the deciding factors in booking here. We'd come back.

Hotel bagus tp pelayanan sangat mengecewakan, pertama kamar saya tdk dikasih handuk saya check in jam 3, dr jam 3 sdh info tdk ada handuk sdh 3 kali telp dan baru diantar jam 6.30, saya berenang jam 6 dan handuk di kolam renang habis sehingga saya dan anak saya yg masih unur -,5 thn naik ke atas tdk pakai handuk krn basah2 an dan di lift jd becek, sdh minta dan handuk dibulang habis. Air di kamar mandi jg sangat kecil sekali

Hospitality Training for Security Officers
Security only stood and stared at me while I was struggling to grab the parking receipt due to its position and they also put parking cone right in front of the parking machine. It took security awhile to come to help. Not a big issue, but I find it different that security was just sitting on the golf cart and never helped guests to open car doors. Very confusing as well to find way from parking to the hotel, through long aisle and many doors. Alarm went off in the middle of night, we rushed downstairs and was informed that a guest was smoking in the room.

One word: WONDERFUL! Should i explain more? Well.. maybe this is not 5 star hotel, but.. why get a 5 star-title if service and other things are not equal? better 4 star with quality above 5 stars! The room was spacious,comfy bed, and super yummy breakfast with lots of varieties. And i love the pool with a view.. and the location was great also. Definitely will be back.

I love the golf course view from my hotel room with mountain view at the background, it was simply amazing and breathtaking. The breakfast food also delicious everyday compare to many 4-star hotels in the region. Hotel staff was also fair and helpful. I didn’t like the parking lot that is very small and tight, I saw many car paint on the wall. Also there was no small hand shower at the toilet that should be common for hotel in Indonesia, also there was no hand shower at the bathtub. During my four day three night stay, the guest parking lift was damaged for the first three days, so everytime I have to use goods elevator that was dirty and inconvenient.

Agak kecewa dng nama RESORT krn tdk ada lahan yg dpt disebut resort selain lapangan golf. Jadi jika anda tdk menginap utk bermain golf, tdk dpt menikmati apa yg disebut resort. Berkali-kali salah 1 lift tdk berfungsi / problem
