Very nice hotel, we loved the fireplace in the room. The pool, hot tube and steam room were nice amenities that we enjoyed. We liked being able to walk to restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and shopping.
Rooms and hotel were clean and well cared for. All staff including front desk, bar/lounge, and other amenities, were very nice. Convenient location and parking.
Very friendly staff, nice rooms, well maintained hotel with two elevators, good full service restaurant and great breakfast and bar, and secure parking under the hotel.
Rooms were clean and room service was provided every day. Good location. Restaurants available in walkable location. Stay was good. Chili's restaurant is next door
The front desk and concierge staff was wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the bar too. Great property and location to downtown. The resort fee which included the city bus was AWESOME! Made trip very enjoyable.
This was my first time at this hotel and I was extremely happy with it. Great location, everything was in walking distance and the room was huge! I've stayed at many Banff hotels and this one was by far the biggest, coziest one Ive stayed at. It was spotless and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This will likely be my new Banff hotel to book whenever I'm in town! 10/10
The hotel has clearly refitted its bedrooms recently; they are spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean.
The breakfast was basic but adequate and there’s plenty of alternative options nearby.
My wife and I agree that we would happily stay there again.
