"This was the absolutely most perfect place for us to spend our time in Banff. The property is centrally located in downtown. The breakfast is much more than continental, was delicious with great variety, and the staff was amazing. Jack at the front desk was also amazingly helpful and kind. Thanks for being a great place for us to enjoy our time. "

"The room was very nice, seemed to be newly renovated with nice carpet. Vibe was good, we were in a first floor room facing the street, but it was still quiet and hardly noticed. Wonderful location to downtime Banff. Included complimentary shuttle to Banff gondola which was a plus."
