"The description and photos on Expedia did not match. I paid extra for the “Family 4 Person” option because the description and photos explicitly specified “separate bedroom” multiple times. However the room did not have a separate bedroom and the staff didn’t seem to know whether the room in the photos existed. I talked to the receptionist who put me on the phone with the manager. "Accueil très sympathique et facilité via whatsapp. Hôte très gentille. Appartement simple et fonctionnel, matelas un petit peu dur mais cam'a permis de soulager mon dos en dix jours. Piscines très agréables, voisinage calme. Il y a un 7elevent et un grand supermarché au RDC ce qui permet de se fournir très rapidement. Je recommande ! "

"Apartment is in great location. Apartment is very comfortable for two people, it is quite large. It was a shame there was building work going on so the gardens were noisy with construction materials. But once inside the apartment it was great. The four flights of stairs were not ideal. But the helpful staff carried our luggage up for us. A WhatsApp contact number would be helpful."
