"Eleven Hotel Bangkok was a real find. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around the city, and the staff were genuinely lovely, helpful, welcoming and professional throughout the stay. The rooms were very comfortable, with enormous beds that made it easy to properly relax after a busy day in Bangkok. The rooftop pool was a great bonus, the food was excellent, and the overall quality felt far higher than the price suggests. It is hard to believe Eleven Hotel is available at such a reasonable rate. It has quickly become one of my favourite places to stay in Bangkok, and I would happily return."

"The lobby and restaurant area is nice, even with the renovation going on. Upstairs, the rooms are not as nice and need to be updated. My shower would not get hot, even though you could get hot water at the bathroom lavatory. Front desk staff were excellent. Bellmen left something to be desired."

"The staff which was so helpful they are truly outstanding. The food has always been just perfect 100% of the time and the position by the river is just unbeatable. There is a wonderful spa and gym part and we had complementary meditation lessons and water gymnastics by the pool. I can’t wait to get back soon."
