We booked Nego Home, but the owners actually transferred us over a few blocks to the Nego Home Ancient Hotel, which we LOVED. Located in the trendy neighborhood Ekkamai, Nego Home Ancient Hotel is a wonderful, charismatic and quaint hotel. It's quirky and magical. Owned by Jeff and Angie who take excellent care of their guests and have great staff members. There is home-cooked breakfast every morning as well. Highly recommend!

I booked nego home but the hotel is actually closed but no one informed you until u arrived. Thoe owner told u was full and transferred u to another nego ancient hotel, that waste me lots of time, I booked one and double 3 ppl room and when i came to hotel, he needs me to give hime the booking in order to proof or give additional 400b in order to sleep. That is at the 2 am in the morning. What the hell.

Dear Mr Jhon,sorry for your unhappy experience,, we did not receive any booking confirmation letter from Expedia,that's the main reason why we didn't reserve a room for you that day,regarding for this problem, we already report to Expedia center. and because of not receiving confirmation letter, we were not sure which room you booked,so we asked to show the booking Number, finally we made everything clear,we didn't get extra payment from you. sorry again for the unhappy experience caused for you.we will improve ourselves next time.
