"The first room i was given was not very good. However the staff quickly upgraded my room. The lady at the front counter was very nice and accommodating . The new room is very spacious and very clean. I felt very well taken care of and i ended up booking one more week at this hotel. I travel to Thailsnd every year or two and i will definitely stay with this hotel again."

"家族3人でファミリースイートに泊まりました。部屋は綺麗でエアコンもしっかりしており、とても清潔でした。シャワーの水圧も十分でした。
プラカノン駅からすぐ近くなので、電車で直ぐに観光に行けて便利でした。
駅近ですが、夜は意外に静かで車の音はあまり気にならなかったです。
共用のキッチンにあった軽食も少しだけ頂きましたが美味しかったです。共 用のランドリー(ドラム式、乾燥機は別にある)が自由に使えて洗濯も便利でした。洗濯機の表記が英語とタイ語で設定に苦戦してたら、スタッフさんが助けてくれました。
エスカレーターがなく、大きなスーツケースを部屋に運ぶのと降ろすのが大変でしたが、それ以外は不満な点はなく、パーフェクトでした。日本人の方が泊まっても満足度が高いホテルだと思います。"
