"AC was good. The room in general was good, except for the leak on the ceiling that nobody ever came to fix because they said it was “a lot of condensation “ and they didn’t have USB or USB-C chargers on the wall.
Staff was NOT nice, almost rude.
Breakfast was very good. Location is great if you want a 15-20 minutes walk to the terminal."

"Definitely stay here!!! Free shuttle less than 5mins to the airport every 20mins interval 24/7. Beautiful,comfortable,convenient and affordable hotel is totally worth it. Breakfast start at 2am for an early flight. Restaurant foods and drinks were delicious and well priced,no need to go elsewhere. Can’t fault anything here, best choice for lay over. "

"Hotel is beautiful. Bed/pillows were comfortable. Rooms are clean. The food selections could be better. Sometimes the food was cold at the buffet. The pool is very small and the pool chairs are old without cushion or support. The view from the pool is very limited ocean view there’s a big building blocking the main view"

"Great location and clean room… but all in all poor value for money. Amenities are meh and the property is quite old… I had multiple misunderstandings with the staff… laundry service I had to pay 60usd for a few t-shirts because they understood Express, also needed and extra night (after 7 nights booked) and they only offered me a room at double what I paid…. Staff did not care about the laundry misunderstanding and just charged me.. for that price, very unprofessional and unfriendly. Not coming...

"The location of the hotel is perfect as it’s walking distance to copacabana and a great central place to be when you want to branch out to the rest of the city. "Came here for Carnaval, do it was a busy time of year. The property is situated in the middle part of the famous Copacabana Beach with short walk to the metro station. The check-in was easy and quick. We had a room on top of building with partial view of the beach. Christ the Redeemer was also visible through our windows. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom appears more dated. The rooftop bar was literally within 50 feet of our room. It provided an excellent view of the beach...

"The executive suite was very large and the view of copacabana beach and sugarloaf mountain was beautiful. The only issues we had was one toilet did not work for our entire stay and we had issues with our blinds. There were also lots of stains on the carpet and furniture. Some of the furniture was not in great condition, but overall the room looked generally nice.
The staff were generally friendly.
There was an incident while we stayed where multiple guests got trapped in one of the elevators...

"Th service was really great at this boutique hotel! The breakfast was delicious every morning, the locations was amazing, beach front but in a calmer part of Copacabana, not in the middle of the action. It was nice to go outdoors but then come home to a more peaceful corner of the neighborhood at night. There were a lot of cute restaurants nearby. The only downside is the our room was very small, but I guess that’s expected with a boutique hotel. The pool and gym were also small but they worked....
