We were upgraded to an ocean view suite and the views at sunset were gorgeous! A really spacious room with a large balcony which we enjoyed. You can go on dolphin watching right outside the hotel. The sunrise boat trip is ridiculously busy and you’ll see a lot more dolphins if you go at 8 or 9am.

A great hotel in a lovely peaceful location next to the ocean. We had a luxury Sea View Cottage which was very spacio7s, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The bathroom was fantastic, again very spacious with an open air shower. It is sold as a Sea View, but the vlsea View is very limited, and thro the gardens and trees. Superbe hôtel dans une jungle fabuleuse , beaucoup de singes , piscine à débordement . Personnel au top de gentillesse .. très dépaysant .. extra a refaire

We found elephant lodge at the last minute and while we normally dont go to animal parks this seemed different so we tried - we had the park view room overlooking the elephants area , sitting on our big balcony was a treat the children were so excited. And then the elephants pick you up from the room to go to dinner! Once in a lifetime amazing experience- super top quality resort , very nicely organised . Well done to the whole team there and thanks for a wonderful experience.

I had serious reservations about going on holiday with the trouble experienced with EXPEDIA. However this location took my breath away, the villa we had was kept clean at all times. Spa treatment on the river is to be experienced as a must, even the gondola type lift to the levels fitted in perfect and was novel.3x daily shuttle to the town was perfect. Food choices both breakfast and dinner varied, entertainment added subtly. One never outstays their welcome here.

Excellent service, friendly staff and great facilities
