"I stayed one night prior to my flight back to the USA. My stay exceeded my expectations. It is a motel (which I prefer to a hotel) with parking in front of the room. The property has multiple access points with minimal security. It is also on the corner of two busy roads, but I felt safe. The room was very comfortable and clean with nice linens and a comfortable bed. The air conditioner worked great and there were at least 20 channels on the tv. "Staff were wonderful! Pub is great! Room is clean and livable, but for the life of me i cannot figure out where the mosquitos are getting in. All widows were closed, and we had 30+ mosquitos in our room (and some cute baby geckos). While i understand its queensland and these things happen, they just keep coming! We had room 3. Besides the mossies and the baby gecko guests we had a great stay. "

"The boom gate on the car park was not working when we arrived but was repaired by the time we left. One of the two lifts was not working for all of our stay. Our bathroom sink plug was stuck but one of the staff managed to dislodge it. "

"We had a very pleasant stay. Concierge David was amazing and very helpful. The location is very central and convenient. Parking options nearby are limited, but valet parking was very convenient. The shower head kept falling down, which was a bit inconvenient, but the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We especially loved the pool and the wet deck. We would definitely stay here again. :)"
