Bluegreen Vacations Blue Ridge Village, an Ascend Collection Resort

"Overall, the resort was nice, and the bed was very comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the advertised “hot tub.” What the resort considers a hot tub is actually a jacuzzi-style bathtub, which I feel is misleading. The tub was also very difficult to step in and out of when using it for a shower. Additionally, there was no separate faucet to fill the tub—the only way to fill it appeared to be using the showerhead, which would have taken an extremely long time. While we enjoyed some aspects of the resort, the “hot tub” was definitely not what we expected based on the description and was a disappointment."

"Undergoing renovations including dining room so was not able to eat breakfast at the lodge. All else was fine, room very nice, clean, had everything we needed. Would recommend staying there."
