"The only problem I encountered was that because I booked third party, they weren't flexible with my request to allow my cousin to check in on my behalf becauseI was running late and she needed to get dressed before the wedding. I was told we would have a balcony which they did not provide, also the pictures showed, and if I was not mistaken, they served breakfast which they said it was only for events, so we did not get breakfast. "My 97-year-old Mother and I loved our stay at the Boone Sleep Inn. We had stayed at the Westin Hotel in TownCtr-VA Beach three nights before we arrived in Boone and the Sleep Inn was far better in every aspect. Breakfast (free) was fabulous and their sanitation rating is 100%!! We had fresh towels and beds were made each morning! I felt we were in a 5-star hotel!! I highly recommend The Sleep Inn-Boone!!"
