Superb location, very close to shops and dinning options, right in the door of Cardiff Castle and very close to the Cardiff National museum. The room was clean, nice and the staff did the bed and changed my towels all days. Didn’t have breakfast, so can’t say anything about that. The lift was broken ...

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff are truly amazing. The stand out for me was Gigi on reception, the chefs for breakfast make the most delicious food. I would highly recommend staying here.

Can’t fault anything really we had a great stay staff friendly hotel was lovely great location easy access to all the shops the harbour and the main attractions of Bristol.
