"The place is not an option for anybody with asthma or COPD. The tents are extremely moldy and the air is thick with it. We checked in and stayed less than 5 minutes in the room before moving to another hotel. No discount or other combination was offered"

"Do not mistake the Express part of the resort for the Gardens part. Our Express room did not have a refrigerator, or even a kettle. It was of poor grade. The room kept falling apart. Even getting thru the resort to the Express building is difficult. The entire resort closed it's dining room for all lunch and dinner. The staff are friendly. No restraunts nor stores within walking distance."

"Staff was superb. As soon as we arrived the staff greeted us with smiles. Friendly and accommodating. The room was excellent and there was hot water for the shower!!!!! Definitely a plus!! Breakfast can use a lot more options but it was sufficient enough to start the day. Definitely recommended."

"It’s convenient to outside restaurants and some tourist spots like the Mt. Tapyas and St. Augustine Church. Frontline staff were accommodating. Pool wasn’t available. No restaurant at the property where you can order food when needed and no staff available at the bar nor at the dining area when needed. Room curtain wasn’t installed properly (too bright). Beddings/pillows and pillow cases were not newly washed. I needed to request for a new set."
