"Receptionist's attitude could be better and welcoming. There needs to be quality check after house keeping does their job as the cleaning of the room was not done appropriately. Breakfast could be better."

Half the building we were in was under reconstruction as most of the place was, I think. The room had no coffee except decaf. Two of the three lamps didn’t work. I finally got one to work as we were about to leave. Had a slasher movie feel about it. Couldn’t leave fast enough. The main gripe is, if the photo had been more realistic we never would’ve...

"The staff was amazing. The property was clean however I feel like the cleaning staff either rushed or forgot (which happens) as the fridge was full of previous guests food. The bedsheets had hair and what appeared to be sand under the blanket. Bed was made just sheets weren’t cleaned. But overall great atmosphere."

"Great price for a decent motel! The room was much cleaner than I expected—it was cozy and the bathroom was very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. The outside looks sketchy but it’s nice inside. My only concern was the complimentary breakfast. The waffle batter was runny and made gross-tasting waffles. And there weren’t many other options to choose from besides the waffles. The seating area was also very small—just one table and a loveseat/couch."

"We had the misfortune of being in Casper the weekend of the State track meet and all other hotels were full. There’s a reason this one wasn’t. Facility was run down and a little spooky. When we told friends where we were staying they gasped and offered to put us up at their homes."

"We were given a room on the backside of the hotel, the exterior was not well groomed, weeds, dusty lamps at the entry, toilet and bathtub were in a shared space and very small."

"Room was clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was good. Hair dryer should be replaced in room 118. It barely blew air that was barely warm. Mattresses should be replaced. They are not horrible but both have a bow in the middle. I would stay here again."

"The mattresses were awful on both beds. We had to take out our own garbage and our room was never cleaned during the week we stayed. The towels were only changed twice (we had to ask once when we asked for toilet paper as the room was never checked)."
