"Seems like they’re going through transitions. Lots of things didn’t work: elevator, door to get into our part of the hotel (we could at least exit). The room was spacious and with a toddler it was nice that it was a bit divided. However the kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as it could’ve been. The utensil holder had crumbs in it. The bathroom appeared to be cleaned and the bedding fresh but it seemed like the floors weren’t done and some surfaces were a bit dusty and others were sticky. We also couldn’t control the AC/Heater much which was hard because it was pretty warm in the room. It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t stay again."

"This hotel was listed as no pets allowed which is important as I’m extremely allergic. Upon check in they notify they are pet friendly. Not only is this extremely aggravating and false advertising it is also dangerous. They found a room that had no history of pets for the past week and I was able to stay for the one night. Although I did have mild allergic reactions. Additionally the hotel is going through renovations. There was no name on the front of the hotel, there is debris everywhere and our room was shabby. Dirty curtains, stains on the carpet, molding coming off the walls and rust stains around the toilet and dark stains inside. The staff member who checked us in was rude with an attitude that we were bothering her for checking in. We will not be staying with this company again."

"All sheets in the room were stained and as well as the curtains the staff got upset when I told her my room smelt like cigarettes and if I can have a refund but said I couldn’t cause the sheets were messed up cause I checked for bugs in the mix of that I told her that they have signs of no smoking if so they’re gonna get kicked out but the whole hotel smells like cigarettes and weed, very sketchy hotel with people outside and inside all hours of the night overall this place is extremely ghetto and trashy."
