"Location was perfect, the property was wonderfully maintained and clean, and breakfast was great every morning. Will choose to stay here again and again!"

"This was a stay to shower and sleep for a few hours. When we arrived during the morning hours, our host stored our luggage for us. Location is a quiet and not so touristy area, but at the same time close to the center; easily reached with a 15 min walk. Staff is extremely helpful; our host arranged for a taxi to pick us up the next morning at 3am for a very early flight. Rooms are simple and comfortable. Don't expect a luxury hotel."

"Excellent place to stay, very comfortable and conveniently located close to everything. Niccolo is very kind and welcoming. He greeted us warmly and gave us great ideas for places to visit, along with excellent restaurant recommendations. We really appreciated his hospitality and would definitely recommend this place!"

"Property was amazing. Everything you could ask for. Thanks again!"

"I dont think you could imagine it any better. The room is massive, walk in closet to hang clothes. A separate bathroom from the main space that offers some privacy. The patio overlooking the courtyard was amazing and if you got tired of that, you can admire the only Russian Orthodox church in Florence. Its a short walk to the heart of the city. Safe neighborhood. Angelica was super friendly and helpful in providing information. We've already decided it's where we want to stay when we return to...
