"Made reservations through Expedia three months prior. Both Expedia and Best Western confirmed the reservation. When I arrived to check in I was told, after waiting in line over 30 minutes that I had no reservation. No let us help find you something, just sorry you’re SOOL!!! Ruined the whole weekend."

"The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. But we were at the end of the hall on the bottom floor, which was very loud due to the exit door next-door slamming, upper level flushing the toilet above us and the truck stop behind us raving truck and loud music.
The staff was nice.
The breakfast was OK but when they say breakfast is done at 10am. They literally locked it up and cleaned it up by 10:01! They didn’t care that we were all still eating.
Coffee was good and fresh all day."
