"Adequate hotel, showing its age"

"There was a storm in the area when we arrived which had caused some issues during check-in. We had booked the room for 5 days, however, I had to move to another room because of the computer glitch. However, the day manager did contact me about the problem since our room had apparently been double booked. He helped me out with the price and also looked in depth for my wife's heated coffee cup that she had left in the lobby. He dug through the trash to find it but to no avail. He was way beyond...

"The Comfort Inn and Suites at Charlottesville VA is a beautiful place to lodge. I would have given it a 5 star but the remains of pets’ number two is nice to see anytime. I believe a notice for the customers to curb or cleanup after their pets is needed. Plus cameras. Very pleasant stay. The staff is excellent. The breakfast is excellent. I will definitely be a return customer and recommend it to my friends and foes."

"We had one night to do the national parl adventure. It was perfect Room was great although the bathroom exrractor fan would wake the dead :) Eat in themain restaurant, excellent value and good honest food along wirh a beer in the bar to celebrate the Bear I managed to capture on film as it crossed my path when walking back down the path fom the highest point view point."

"The room was very warm, cooled by a small air conditioner, which took hours to bring the room down to a good sleeping temperature. The comforter was quite heavy which added to this problem. Evening staff were excellent. Airport shuttle driver was wonderful. Morning front desk staff were rude."
