"Unfortunately, La Ramblas was under construction during our stay making it quite loud and somewhat distracting from the charm and nostalgic views we had expected from this central location. The hotel itself and the staff were very accommodating, friendly and the breakfast was a great start to the day."

"Room was run down and needs attention: 1. Shower door opens inwards and is parallel to the the toilet. 2. shower gel holder needs replacing - keeps falling falling off 3. Chipped tiles which causes a hazard if walking bare feet - henced i asked for slippers but was told by staff they are only available for "delux or superior rooms" Receptionists were not the friendliest especially the afternoon/evening receptionists."

"Room had 1 bottle of water for 2 people. No tissue in the room, no shower soap or shampoo. We arrived at 9:30am was able to store luggage. When to room at 2:30pm - when they say 3pm check in -- They Mean It !! As with other hotels - check out 12. Doesn't balance out does it ? $300 per night WOW - surely 2 bottles of water per day, a tissue box and shower soap could not be more than few dollars per day. Think of all the positive good will it would have ! 🤗"
